By using South Florida Live Music ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. Venue managers and artists must represent actual businesses or performing artists.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: post false or misleading gig information; spam other users; scrape or copy content without permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

4. Venue and Artist Listings

Venue and artist listings are subject to editorial review. We reserve the right to decline or remove any listing that does not meet our community standards.

5. Fan Accounts

Fan accounts are for personal, non-commercial use. Fans may save gigs and follow artists. Fans who opt in to the weekly email may unsubscribe at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you submit (venue descriptions, artist bios, photos) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a licence to display it on the site.

7. Disclaimer

Event information is provided for informational purposes. We are not responsible for changes to or cancellations of events. Always check with the venue before attending.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Florida Live Music is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
