Club Space has posted its New Year’s Eve 2026 lineup on the Terrace: Dennis Cruz, DJ Harvey and The Martinez Brothers. The club’s listing starts the party at 11pm on December 31 and runs it into the afternoon of New Year’s Day, which is how Space does every big night. NYElectric 2027 at the W Miami Downtown Rooftop
VIP Nightlife’s party on the 15th floor rooftop lounge of W Miami Downtown runs from 9pm to 1:30am with a four hour premium open bar and DJs playing EDM, Latin, reggaeton and hip hop; the promoter says the DJ names are still to be announced. The Eventbrite listing showed tickets from about $124, with VIP packages far higher.

The Pier Pressure New Year’s Eve cruise boards the Catalina yacht at the Hyatt Regency downtown, with check in from 9:10pm and sailing from 9:25pm to 1:30am. Tickets for the VIP version were listed from about $182 on Eventbrite.

Buy early. Hotel rooftops and yachts sell a fixed number of tickets, several listings above say no walk ups or no refunds, and the cheapest tiers are usually the first to go. Rideshare surge pricing is at its worst in the hour or two after midnight, so either book a ride for a set time, stay within walking distance, or plan to keep going: Club Space and E11EVEN sit a block apart on NE 11th Street, and the W, Brickell Arch and Barsecco are all in Brickell, a short ride south. Miami Beach is a separate trip across the causeways, so if Nikki Beach or LIV is your plan, start there rather than trying to cross late in the evening. Parking near downtown hotels is mostly valet or garage, so check each hotel’s page.
